The Resistance series never released with a trilogy-type warning, but if you’ve been following the story at all, then you know it’s hard to follow it up in a linear fashion. Due to the large-scale headlines the finality of the series made yesterday, a word from CEO Ted Price brings the news to a personal level. He goes on to reiterate that while Resistance developers have said they won’t make another one, they have full confidence that Nihilistic (who helms Resistance: Burning Skies at the moment) will continue the trend, and with Sony’s continued support, the franchise should be just as fine.
