Ever heard of a little game called Halo: Reach? I’m sure at least a handful of you are aware of the culminating prequel to arguably one of the biggest gaming franchises ever. Most of you are also probably conscious of the legendary sized limited edition bundle that Bungie has been dangling over our heads for the past few months. The Halo: Reach Legendary Edition is packed with all sorts of goodies and comes bundled in a crate big enough to house five Spartans and half a mountain. Okay, not full sized Spartans, obviously, but here’s what Bungie has decided to pack in its big box: A recovered ONI black box, which houses the game and Dr. Hasley’s journal (she’s the pimp who started the Spartan program, FYI), a 10 inch tall, 10 pound statue of the Noble 6 team, a special Spartan armor set for Multiplayer that includes a flaming helmet, and a special Elite armor set. And, obviously you will get that finely detailed box, which isn’t the type of box you’d be able to boink, but I’m sure you can find something constructive to do with it.

A package this legendary obviously has it’s downside. In this case, that downside comes by way of a hefty $149.99 price tag. Lucky for all you readers out there MMOMFG is here to help you out. Each week leading up to the September 14th release date we will be running a contest for all you Spartan-ites to enter for a chance to win a spot for the final drawing, where the final victor will be taking home this Legendary Spartan Swag Box. Each week we will be picking two contestants for the final drawing: one will be picked completely at random, the other will be picked based on their ability to properly utilize their thinking caps (or just make us laugh). The second round for entry spots in the drawing starts today, July 30th and will run through next Thursday, August 5th. Find the nitty gritty below, and good luck:

Here’s how you can win:

Each week leading up to the release of Halo: Reach, we will pick two contestants for Entry Spots in the final drawing. Entry Spots will be chosen as follows:

• All contestants must be at least 18 years of age and reside in the U.S.
• To enter follow us on Twitter, become a fan on Facebook, or sign up and join the MMOMFG Forum. Yes you can enter all three ways.
• Those signing up on the MMOMFG Forum please add Halo Legendary Contest to your signature so that we can track your comments for the contest.
• Forum members should continue to participate each week, as a new contestant is chosen weekly.
• If you don’t win an Entry Spot via Twitter or Facebook, you will automatically be re-entered for the following week’s contest, but you can only win one Entry spot per person. It doesn’t hurt to remind us on the next week’s contest post you’d still like to win!
• Entry Contests will run weekly from Friday to Thursday each week leading up to the 9/14 release date. Winners from the previous week will be announced in the current week’s contest post. Winners from each respective week will then be entered into a final drawing where one lucky gamer will be chosen by a highly complicated, highly sophisticated vetting process.
