Mega Man Universe teaser trailer leaves us with many questions

Capcom is bringing Mega Man Universe to the Xbox Live and PlayStation Network. You might be asking what does this new installment to the Mega Man franchise bring and when will it be released? To answer the first part, there aren’t many details out yet other than what we can see in the teaser trailer below. With “imagination” as the star of the game and Mega Man Universe being heralded as “the most creative Mega Man experience yet,” we can only imagine what crazy new additions and twists will be included.

The trailer is in a stop-motion style featuring not only Mega Man but also Ryu from Street Fighter and Arthur from Ghouls ‘n Ghosts. What could they possibly have to do with Mega Man? It would be sweet if we found out they are really the same person across multiple universes or ages. Mega Man could be the teenager/child form, Ryu as the young adult, and Arthur as the old knight in his twilight years. I know, it’s a pretty wacked out idea and I don’t see it coming true. A man can dream, can’t he!?
