Are you going to Comic-Con? This guy is. If you’ll be joining him there are gaming-related things you must know. Like how Ubisoft will be demoing some of their upcoming titles. Also, you should probably bring some extra construction paper and scotch tape for your friend.

Ubisoft has let loose details on their presence at this year’s  Comic-Con, which is running July 22-25 in a whale’s vagina San Diego. Attendees of the gaming persuasion should check out booth #4245 to get their hands (and feet) on some of Ubisoft’s upcoming titles.

Most interesting to this writer is that attendees can demo Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood‘s multiplayer component at game stations around the booth. Michael Cera fans will also have the chance to get hands on with Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game. Then there’s a Just Dance 2 stage where cosplayers can shake their costumed groove things. Oh man, we need pictures of that last part.

The company is also devoting two panels at the show to their upcoming Assassin’s Creed and Tom Clancy: Ghost Recon games:

Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood: Thursday, July 22nd from 3:30–4:30 pm, room: 7AB
Development team members from Ubisoft Montreal will discuss the next iteration of the critically acclaimed, multi-million unit selling franchise – Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood. Attendees will learn about the new multiplayer mode, a first for the Assassin’s Creed franchise, and get an exclusive preview of new multiplayer characters. The panel will feature an in-depth look at the story and art of the Brotherhood and the return of Ezio, now a legendary Master Assassin, as he journeys into Italy’s greatest city, Rome, to strike at the heart of the enemy. The session will also go beyond the Brotherhood to discuss the Assassin’s Creed universe as a multimedia entertainment experience.

Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier: Saturday, July 24th from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm, room: 25ABC
Hollywood and Ghost Recon are joining forces.  Ubisoft and Little Minx, a company of Ridley Scott and Associates (RSA), present Oscar-winning director François Alaux (Logorama), associate producer and technical advisor to all RSA films Harry Humphries, BAFTA Film Award nominee and director of cinematography Trent Opaloch, and Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Solider video game studio producer, Adrian Lacey, in a panel discussing the upcoming Ghost Recon short film, and connections between the film and the game.  Additional details about the panel will be revealed soon.

If you’re heading to San Diego for Comic-Con are you planning to get some gaming in? Let us know. And seriously – send us pictures!
