GoldenEye Controller/Gun peripheral in the works for GoldenEye 007

If you are like me and can’t wait for November to arrive for the release of GoldenEye 007, then brace yourself for this tidbit of news. Activision is developing peripherals for GoldenEye 007, according to Destructoid.

One might be a golden classic controller for the Wii or a gun shell for the Wii remote and nunchuck, according to a prior survey from Activision. Both of them may even get released. They should’ve just combined them and made a golden gun controller!

Gamestop is already listing a “GoldenEye Controller” for $69.99 as seen above. However, there is no picture of the controller or any real details yet. There are images out there, but we aren’t sure they are legit, so we’ll hold off on posting until we see the real deal. But seriously, I hope that price is for a bundle of the controller and game because I doubt many will pay that much for a peripheral even if it’s both the classic controller and gun shell.
