Assassin’s Creed mystery project unveiled, Spoiler Alert: it’s an artbook!

And it’s pretty G. D. stonking! True to their word, the mystery Assassin’s Creed artwork that popped up a few weeks ago is not video game related material. New concept art for a film perhaps, then? Hell to the N-O! The artwork, it seems, is to be featured in an upcoming Assassin’s Creed art book.

This news confirmed/announced after a second image surfaced on the interwebz featuring a gritty looking Ezio featured as part robot, part stogie-smoking badass. Ubisoft Workshop spilled the beans on their secret project explaining that it had been in the works for quite some time now. the Egyptian themed first image garnered so much attention that they will be including a “Carte Blanche” section in the upcoming book. Think you have the stones to draw a master Assassin worthy of such an honor? You have until August 15th to email your submissions to ubiworkshop@ubisoft.com, good luck! No word on when we can expect to drop an undisclosed amount of money on this art book, but we will be sure to update as soon as such details surface.
