Samus is looking good in these Metroid Other M E3 screenshots

We only have a little over two months of anxious waiting time before Nintendo’s and Team Ninja’s collaboration is shown to the world. What’s we’ve seen at this year’s E3 has risen our anticipation level to 11 and it looks like fans of both the Prime series and the old school Metroid games are in for a treat. Other M is supposed to be focusing on our heroin Samus and her past with a much deeper character driven story.

It’ll be interesting to see what kind of fast paced, Ninja Gaiden-esque action we can look forward to as well. Metroid Other M is set after Super Metroid (which is after the Metroid Prime series) and before Metroid Fusion (the last game in the series).  The release date is set for August 31st.
