(Update) Joe Danger Back Flips onto PlayStation Network on June 8

In case you don’t remember our impressions of Joe Danger from PAX East, the game is a dream title for those with a need for speed. The cute, family-friendly title reminds us of a mixture of Excitebike, Tony Hawk and Road Rash. Confusing combination? Just wait til you get your hands on the (full game) on June 8 in North America. You are going to be in Heaven, as the game plays as smoothly as the beautifully crafted, cartoonish graphics. The U.K. developers, Hello Games’ know that Euro and Asian gamers are going to want to get their hands on the full game soon as well, so plans to release the demo to the rest of the world are in the works. As an update, Joe Danger hits Euro PSN on June 9.

If June 8 wasn’t an important day on your calendar, it should be now. Joe Danger was one of the top games, in our eyes, coming out of PAX East and it is good to see a small developer putting out such a strong title. Rumors have circulated that the title may come to PC and Xbox 360, but current plans are set for it to be exclusive to PS3.
