Sign Me Up for Galactic Bowling and Project Natal on Brunswick Pro Bowling

With E3 right around the corner everyone is fighting for a moment in the spotlight. A representative with Crave Games said that they will be releasing a version of their Brunswick Pro Bowling for the Xbox 360, but more specifically for use with “Project Natal” according to MTV’s Multiplayer Blog.

This Natal version will be very similar to the previously announced edition for PS3 with the Sony Move. There will be 10 different bowling environments to play in with unique lane characteristics. I really hope they have a galactic bowling mode with awesome lasers and colored lights.

On a side note, seeing how motion capture controllers are becoming a realistic thing it poses a big question in my mind for sporting games. How realistic will it become? There was a reason why I liked to play sporting games with a normal controller; I couldn’t do it in real life. But with bowling or a golf game, not everyone can emulate the right swing to hit a perfect drive 300 yards down the center of a fairway or the proper motion for throwing a strike with the correct spin every time. Where will the line be drawn? Just food for thought, what do you guys think?
