Split/Second drifts into homes and TVs everywhere this week

Split Second 1

Black Rock’s Split/Second hit shelves in North America yesterday and will grace the rest of the world this Friday, so the only way to really get you pumped up is to dig the new 30 second TV trailer. If you haven’t already hit racing overkill in a month with Blur, ModNation Racers and Bingo Baby’s Robo-Dance-a-Thon coming out, Split/Second promises to deliver some of the most over-the-top action and racing experiences out there. We thoroughly enjoyed the demo, however, it may take a bit more than a 30 second trailer to jump onto our radar of must-buys this month.

If you’ve already picked up Split/Second, tell us what your favorite aspect of the game is. If you haven’t picked it up, let us know why. I’ve got to get back to my Bingo Baby’s Robo-Dance-a-Thon review, so I’ll leave you be for now.

Any racing game in which you can drop an airport control tower on the car that’s between you and pole position has got to be worth a look, right? =D

@Clarence: Indeed! Just got my copy, after some Mario Galaxy and Red Dead, this will be getting some play time.
