Valve Rolls out Steam Train for Mac on May 12th

Valve just made me and a few (read: mega shart ton) of Mac owners extremely happy today. If you are a Mac owner who also happens to be a gamer that is. Yes, it is definitely a good day to be a gamer and Mac owner. The StarCraft II beta launched today for Apple owners, which is currently downloading somewhere in the background of this post to my beloved iMac, and Valve just sent us a short, but heavily loaded message in regards to its Mac debut:

“Valve today announced the public release of Steam for the Mac is May 12. Please stay tuned for more information.”

Mark your calendars boys and girls, as this is a date you shouldn’t soon forget. Don’t be too jealous PC, Valve may be wooing another platform, but you will always have a special place in her heart. Plus, you still have your superior mod and graphics ability to dangle over that Mac chump. But who am I kidding, PC has more important things to worry about, like Baboon Herpesvirus. Oh, you don’t contract THOSE types of viruses? I wouldn’t know, I’m a Mac (BURN!).

So there it is, short and sweet, and this time you didn’t even have to decode cryptic radio messages!
