The Old Republic Has Entire Planet Dedicated to Criminals

Belsavis

I’m not one to drool over PC games. Nor am I someone who would normally give an MMO a second thought. There are two things, however, that tickle me in that special place: light sabers, and anything that BioWare has had its golden hands on as of late. Star Wars: The Old Republic is bringing that 1-2 punch in the holiest of matrimonies.

Most societies would suffice with a few land dwelling prisons, maybe even a prison station or two. But you know the Republic rolls like a Boss; they have their very own PLANET dedicated to housing notorious criminals! The newly released screens showcase  the prison planet Belsavis’ beauty as well as its isolation. I don’t how you go about imprisoning Sith, rogue Jedi, or any number of other Dark Side detainees, but I do know that’s the last place in the entire galaxy I would ever want to find myself. Judging by the trailer for The Old Republic, the Sith have no intentions of finding themselves there either.

Look for Star Wars: The Old Republic to force its way onto your PC later this year (tentatively Q3).
