New Fable 3 Screens show settings, hero, best friend

A fresh batch of Fable 3 screenshots have hit the interwebz, boys and girls. New shots show off a fresh-faced hero, some expansive underground environments, seemingly undead baddies, and (of course) a trusty canine companion.

If these shots are a tease, consider them one trough in a long buffet line of teases to come out of GDC this week. The other day Lionhead Studios placated palates with the news that English comic great John Cleese will voice a butler character in the game. There have also been rumors that the title will hit the PC, due to a job listing out of the UK.

Perhaps the next bit of info Lionhead Studios will drop into our eagerly waiting minds will elaborate a bit on how Microsoft’s Project Natal motion controls will be utilized in Fable 3.
