Major League Gaming and Doritos want to know if you are 1337

Do you sit around in your underwear all day long wondering why no one has paid you to play video games professionally? Is your Gamer Score or Trophy collection nearly as big as your cojones? Do your friends bow down in fear when playing you in a game of Halo? Well now is the time for you to prove you aren’t just a worthless bum. You can stick it to the man and your parents by competing at Doritos’ “Pro-Gaming Combine” in four select cities. The camps will basically represent a try-out, where members of the MLG (Major League Gaming) Scout team will review and critique your play, offering only the most elite a chance to win a trip to the Major League Gaming Pro Circuit Event and National Championship Competition.

What criteria are they looking for? Leadership, slaying power, teamwork and communication, objective play and support play. That already rules me out, because my Kill/Death ratio is horseshite and I suck am a one-man-wrecking-crew. A team of four members, as well as four individuals will win tickets to the Championship from each location, so strap your gaming hats on.

Tickets for the first combine in Nashville, TN go on sale tonight at 7pm EST for team passes and individual tickets will be on sale the same time tomorrow. Check out the full list of cities below to see if your city will be the lucky host of one of the Doritos and Major League Gaming Combines. To you, I say good luck and don’t let your team/parents down.

Nashville, Tennessee: March 26-28
Chicago, Illinois: May 14-16
Denver, Colorado: July 23-26
Washington, DC: October 15-17
