Dante’s Inferno getting DLC, co-op, and user content (OH MY)
It looks like lovers and haters of the upcoming God of War clone have a few more things to argue about.
News has leaked out via a video on Kotaku that the DLC, named Trials of St. Lucia will be coming out April 29th. No price tag has been announced but considering what’s packed into the DLC this won’t be a freebie.
The DLC comes with a new character, St. Lucia, who is sort of like Dante’s guardian angel. Wings, powers, the whole deal. Also added with the DLC is custom trials that users can create and upload to the community. These trials will test your skill and button mashing abilities against hordes of enemies. And finally, there’s also a new co-op mode. It looks a bit like Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 in that both players just wail away on wave after wave of baddies.
People always complain that single player games aren’t worth the price of admission and it looks like EA is doing something about it. The DLC comes out just two months after Dante’s Inferno hits shelves, the pack looks to add a considerable punch to the title.
