Bayonetta PS3 getting strategically placed patch

Bayonetta

The PlayStation 3 version of Bayonetta will be patched tomorrow to include an option to install the game to your PS3′s hard drive.  This move is apparently aimed at addressing the long load times that PS3 users have experienced with Platinum Game’s softcore porn of an action title.

As I’ve said, I don’t own a PS3 – I’m an XBox guy.  This news makes me happy because the install to hard drive feature is inherent in every XBox 360 title.  So the next time I feel sad that I can’t watch Blue-Ray DVD’s or get upset that I have to pay a fee for my system’s online service, I’ll just remember that at least I can install any title I want to my hard drive.  It’s the little battles that get me through the day.

Expect this patch to hit the PlayStation network tomorrow.  If you haven’t picked up a copy of Bayonetta yet but are thinking that slaughtering angels with a voluptuous brunette computer animated female with guns for high heels is down your alley,  perhaps our review will help you make up your mind.
