Skate 3 pre-order delivers exclusive skate park; no peripherals needed

EA’s Skate 3 is shaping up to be another smash hit, unlike the latest skating competition that required a plastic peripheral and the balance of a gymnast. EA is offering up the Black Box Distribution skate park as a pre-order exclusive when the game ships in May. The fact that Skate 3 is sticking to its guns with the tried and true method of making a game about its core gameplay and not requiring a gimmick to sell copies makes us feel pretty certain S3 will be another solid title.
