Metal Slug XX sliming its way onto PSP in February

Were you looking for a portable side-scroller that features running, shooting and slugging? Well look no further! Atlus announced late yesterday that the popular Metal Slug series is getting a PSP update called Metal Slug XX. For fans of the series, things are looking up, as the game is set for release in under two months, slated for February 23. Probably the most important factor is that the title will only cost $19.99, with the option of an additional downloadable character at only $0.99 from the PlayStation Store. Fantastic!

Having played earlier itterations of the game, I am fairly positive this game will be a nice little late stocking PSP stuffer, as the series is built on addictive gameplay and fast paced action.
