Darksiders’ DLC and Multiplayer coming out when Hell freezes over?

According to Vigil Games, recently released romp through post-apocalypse Earth, Darksiders, will be getting nothing in the way of DLC. Also, if that wasn’t disappointing enough for those who just spotted for the game this week, Vigil added they would not be implementing the multiplayer that had been milled around in early development, either.

“We realized early on that we wouldn’t be able to pull off the scope of game we wanted to and have it be multiplayer,” stated Vigil Games creative director and hailed comic book illustrator, Joe Madureira, in a recent interview with Eurogamer.

While that may be a bummer for the guys who need MOAR, we here at MMOMFG can settle on the opportunity to play as War, ripping through all who dare oppose us, but then again, that’s our daily routine anyways…
