Twelve Days of Gamesmas – Fifth Day

gamesmas

Tis the season to be jolly! And with good tidings, we bring the MMOMFG holiday gift suggestions with our new feature, “Twelve Days of Gamesmas”. Each day from now until December 23, we’ll highlight the perfect gifts for gamers, whether it be for yourself, a friend, or for a loved one. We know how hard it can be to make a wish list with so many great gaming options out there, so we’re here to help you separate the gems from the coal. Over the next twelve days, we’ll focus on the best games, peripherals, systems, and tools to help keep you gaming well into the new year and beyond. Let’s get on to the gifts!

On the first day of Gamesmas my true love game to me, an Xbox Elite with green rings.
On the second day of Gamesmas my true love game to me, a Samsung UN46B7000 LED TV.
On the third day of Gamesmas my true love gave to me, a copy of Assassin’s Creed 2.
On the fourth day of Gamesmas my true love gave to me, a Logitech G19.
On the fifth day of Gamesmas my true love gave to me, a copy of Dragon Age: Origins:

It’s my favorite RPG of the year and it should be yours as well. Not only is Dragon Age a fantastic game from start to finish, you’ll find plenty of reasons to go back for a second helping! There are so many choices to make, a good array of classes to try, a compelling story, great voice acting, a memorable cast, and I’m totally digging the mage right now. It has everything you could want in an RPG. I’m biased towards the PC version but if you’d rather plop yourself down on a couch, the console versions will suffice just fine. Just be sure to put your spiked eggnog on a coaster. It looks like Gamestop has a $10 price cut for both console versions so tell your cheapskate family to go out and get you a copy. No excuses!

With Dragon Age: Origins, you’re getting 40 + hours of sword swinging, spell casting, head lopping goodness. And really, what else are the holidays good for? Any RPG fan would do well to put this one on their wish list.
