Start your engines, ModNation Racers beta coming soon
Mark December 18th on your calendar, that’s the date ModNation Racers enters its public beta. Running until January 10th, gamers will have two chances to play the game that’s part Mario Kart, part Little Big Planet.
For those who haven’t played Little Big Planet yet you can pick up the Game of the Year Edition with a voucher inside, or keep you eyes glued to the Official Playstation Blog for chances to win. As to when they’ll start giving away the codes for the beta, your guess is as good as mine so it’s best to bookmark and check back frequently.

Any confirmed source for the date of 12/18? I haven't found anything online anywhere else, and the fact this post leaves out two methods for getting in on the beta (having a QORE subscription or entering the drawing on the modnation.com site) makes me wonder how accurate it is.
The dates seem reasonable, as the deadline for the QORE subscription is the 15th, and the drawing on the modnation site is the 17th.
