inFamous price zapped down, gets free DLC

For those who haven’t gotten the chance to play as Cole MacGrath (not to be confused with this guy) and zap their way through Empire City, now’s your chance. For the low, low price of $39.99, you too can wield electricity like Zeus himself. As added incentive some free DLC will be coming on December 10th to the tune of pretty Gigawatt blades (pictured above). It’s like having lightsabers for hands!

inFamous has sold 1.2 million copies as of October and personally speaking I enjoyed it from start to finish. It might not be game of the year but Sucker Punch did a terrific job constructing this new IP. The price cut is a perfect reason to put this game on your X-Mas/Hanukkah/Kwanzaa list. Wrapping up our inFamous news for the day, the official game soundtrack will be released December 8th to retail outlets through Sumthing Else Music Works and is now available for digital download on Sumthing Digital.
