Split/Second Trailer shows destruction

Already highlighted as one of the new IPS of 2010 that we’re looking forward to, a new trailer has hit the interwebz showcasing the standout feature, power plays. As you can tell from the trailer (courtesy of YouTube channel ConsoleoNet) the power plays are used for more than just showcasing destruction (though you won’t hear me complaining). They can also be used to unlocked special paths and shortcuts.

Split/Second is being developed by Black Rock Studio and is starting to generate some hype. We’ll keep our ear to ground (or peddle to the meddle) for any news that might be released.
