We’re thankful for free Uncharted 2 DLC

Naughty Dog has announced the best day-after Thanksgiving news possible: free Uncharted 2 DLC out tomorrow. The first round of Uncharted 2 downloadable content goes live tomorrow, November 27. The DLC will include a free multiplayer map called “The Fort.” Considering Uncharted 2 is one of our favorite games of the year here at MMOMFG, word of free content is just icing on the cake, or Cool Whip on your pumpkin pie.

According to the press release, “The Fort is a long rectangular map with wide open spaces and excellent flank routes.” The new map is rumored to be based on the “Fortress” chapter of Drake’s Fortune. The map will feature a shotgun in the center of the level and an RPG in the crypt area of the map.

Along with the free multiplayer map, Naughty Dog will be initiating a double cash weekend for all multiplayer modes. Teams will also feature special skins during play including Doughnut Drake for the Heroes and Doughnut Lazarevic for the Villians.
