New class revealed for Star Wars: The Old Republic
Another class for the MMO Star Wars: The Old Republic was revealed today and officially confirmed on the Old Republic forums. Though not yet on the Holonet, the Imperial Agent looks to be some type of rogue class, assassinating enemies instead of using brute force. A brief description (and some screenshots) on the official forums of the Imperial Agent is below:
The Imperial Agent is heavily inspired by several classic Star Wars characters such as Zam Wessel and Grand Moff Tarkin. Imperial Agents work behind the scenes to get the work of the Empire done. Specializing in high-tech gear, the Imperial Agent always has the right tools at the right time. They use abilities of subversion and subterfuge to infiltrate and assassinate enemies of the Sith Empire with deadly efficiency. Players who choose to be Imperial Agents in The Old Republic (TOR) will see the underbelly of the Empire in a whole new light.
With the cat out of the bag for the 4th class on the Republic side 3rd class of the Empire, all that’s left now are the 2 classes for the Sith side one class for each side. Only time will tell what they are, but feel free to wonder and ponder to your heart’s content.
