Xbox Live Deal of the Week – Resident Evil 5 Versus Mode

A Tweet from Major Nelson came in today notifying all RE 5 fans of some nice savings for their Deal of the Week.

It looks like you can save 40% this week on the versus mode “add-on”.  A lot of uproar was created for this DLC when it was discovered that the add-on is a merely a few MBs worth of code that was already completed prior to Resident Evil 5′s release.  Maybe those who felt a bit scorn will give it a try this week now that the price is much lower (and appropriate?).

The Versus DLC allows players to battle against each other 2 v 2 style in Survivor mode or compete for points by defeating the Majini in slayer mode.
