Star Wars: The Old Republic – first look at Balmorra

Star Wars: The Old Republic is already one of the most anticipated MMOs in history.  We are of the opinion that if any MMO can topple genre-king World of Warcraft, it’s SW:TOR.

Today, the folks at BioWare have dropped the first screenshots and details for Balmorra, one of the games visitable planets.  You can find these screens below, with more details and some concept art at the Balmorra page on the SW:TOR site.

So far, the list of visitable planets in SW:TOR numbers at six: Coruscant, Balmorra, Hutta, Korriban, Ord Mantell, and Tython.  Here’s to hoping that a couple more planets will be revealed sooner rather than later – the slow drip of details on this game is excruciating!
