Star Wars: The Old Republic Unveils new Sith Warrior Class
Bioware is starting to release information on Star Wars: The Old Republic fast and furious as August comes to a close. First it was the fantastic developer walkthroughs from Gamescon (seen here), and now they have unveiled their latest class, the Sith Warrior. First seen in the walkthrough (but never in doubt that it would be one of the classes), the Sith Warrior plays, well, like a Sith Warrior. Wielding single or dual lightsabers they force-leap at opponents, use powerful impaling finishers, and, of course, show off their trademark force-choke. Be sure to check out the developer walkthrough to get a long look at the Sith Warrior in action in the first example of Bioware’s ground-breaking “flashpoint” encounters. For more information on the Sith Warrior class, check out the official Star Wars: The Old Republic website.
The 2009 Penny Arcade Expo is coming up this weekend, and Bioware will be onhand to show off the game and provide another developer walkthrough, so be sure to check back next week for all the latest news.
