According to the latest press release from EA Sports, FIFA 2010 will have downloadable demos for both the PS3 and XBOX 360 versions of the game soon. On September 10, the lucky bastards in Europe will have access to the glorious footie title, while us poor saps here in the States and Mexico will be forced to wait until September 17.

If you are like me, you are chomping at the bit to see the latest game updates in action and have likely already preordered your copy of the game slated for October 22 in the U.S. We will have plenty of video footage the night of September 17, so check back frequently for more screens and updates as we near the release date.

Fans should be pysched for the amount provided in the demo as listed below in today’s press release:

“Play as Chelsea, Barcelona, Juventus, Bayern Munich, Marseille, and Chicago Fire (MLS) and discover a football experience that will deliver a new standard for authenticity with gameplay refinements and innovations that will make it the most complete and intelligent simulation of football. In addition to playing an exhibition match, for the first time in a FIFA demo users will be able to upload created in-game videos to EA Football World.”
